- Cancel more than 24 hours before your tour start time for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are not refundable.
- You may change your tour date up to 24 hours before the start time, subject to availability.
- If we cancel your tour because of severe weather, you will receive a full refund.
- Light rain does not usually stop a tour. We assess conditions on the day.
- No refund can be given if you arrive without the driving documents required by Japanese law.
- Our karts are mechanical, and occasionally a vehicle becomes unavailable at short notice.
